About OpenForm
Business runs on documents — filings, disclosures, agreements, and other structured records that define what is required, what is permitted, and what has been agreed to.
As software digitized these processes, the documents remained largely implicit: encoded in templates, scattered across systems, and interpreted either by humans or by rigid automation.
Now agents are beginning to participate in the same workflows, but without a shared, structured definition of the documents themselves, participation becomes guesswork.
We believe the document layer must be explicit, versioned, and machine-readable — not as an implementation detail, but as infrastructure.
That is the premise behind OpenForm: documents as code.
